Terms of service
These terms are the rules for using AI Image Studio. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. The service
AI Image Studio is a free, browser-based AI image generator, currently offered as a preview. It creates images from text descriptions using the FLUX.1 [schnell] model on Cloudflare Workers AI. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time, including during the preview.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Image Studio. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You must also be allowed to use the service under the laws of your country.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our content policy. You also agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools to send requests;
- try to get around the security check, rate limits or content filters;
- overload, attack or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
4. Your prompts and images
You are responsible for the prompts you write and for how you use the images you create. We don't claim ownership of your images. As between you and us, you may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms, the content policy and applicable law. The AI model is released under the Apache 2.0 licence. See using AI images commercially for important limits, including copyright.
5. AI output
AI-generated images can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to existing works. Images may sometimes contain errors, odd details or content you didn't ask for. Check every image before you use or share it.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or of images it creates. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to zero, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on Cloudflare for hosting, security checks and AI processing. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts they provide.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows, for example when we add accounts or paid plans. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
