Content policy

Updated ยท By the AI Image Studio team

AI Image Studio is for everyone, so some content is not allowed. This policy explains what you can't create, how we enforce it, and how to report a problem. Using the service means you agree to follow it.

Content that is not allowed

  • Sexual content and nudity: no pornographic, sexually explicit or nude images of anyone.
  • Harm to minors: no content that sexualises, endangers or exploits children in any way. This rule has zero tolerance.
  • Graphic violence and gore: no images of extreme injury, mutilation, torture or real-world atrocities.
  • Hate: no content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
  • Harassment and bullying: no images made to humiliate, threaten or target a real person.
  • Deceptive images of real people: no fake images of real people presented as genuine, including fake news photos, fake endorsements and political deepfakes.
  • Illegal activity: no content that promotes or helps with crimes, such as weapons manufacture, drug production or fraud documents.
  • Self-harm: no content that encourages or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
  • Infringement: no images designed to copy other people's trademarks, logos or copyrighted characters for commercial use.

How we enforce this policy

An automatic filter checks every prompt before an image is made and blocks prompts that clearly break these rules. No filter is perfect, so we may also block access for visitors who repeatedly try to get around it. A security check and a per-visitor rate limit stop automated misuse.

Sharing your images

You are responsible for the images you create and where you share them. If you share a realistic AI image, especially of a person or an event, label it as AI-generated so nobody is misled. Read more in using AI images commercially.
